We are investigating reports of intermittent network timeouts affecting access to the Vepler API and web application. Some requests may be slow to respond or fail.

Our engineering team is actively working to identify the cause. We will post a further update within 60 minutes.

We're currently investigating an issue preventing customers from reaching api.vepler.com Visitors may see a connection timeout or a Cloudflare "Error 522".

Our engineering team has identified the issue as an upstream load balancer connectivity problem with our hosting provider and is working on a resolution. We'll post an update as soon as we have more information, and again when service is restored.
